Description
Students will learn the traditional Japanese papermaking method called Momigami (kneaded
paper). Paper feels like fabric and looks like leather. In this class, students will design their
own paper and we will create a book mark, a small pouch, a book, painting using paper strips,
and more. This is a unique Japanese papercraft and fun to learn.
Restrictions
Participants must be entering grades 6 to 12.
