Description
Students will gain an appreciation for the art of ceramics through a hands on experience. This beginners’ class will start with the basics and go through the process of hand building, glazing, and kiln firing to complete several projects. We will touch on the discovery and history of pottery and learn how raw materials (clay/dirt) are transformed into many ceramic pieces we use in our everyday life. All necessary materials are included.
