Minecraft Mars - Mission 2 (Virtual)

For the second mission to Mars, we will build on what we’ve learned about the challenges of creating a sustainable settlement in the harsh Martian environment. Using existing plans from many countries for settling Mars as a jumping off point, we will significantly upgrade how the second mission starts. Students will create self-narrated walk-through videos detailing how existing science informed their building decisions. 

IMPORTANT NOTE: Students will need their own Minecraft Java account, with FULL administrative control of their PC or Macintosh computer. As we will be using some very resource intensive Mods, the more powerful computer, the better your experience will be. This is a very LARGE project and we will need a LOT of people to help build it. Minecraft beginners and experts are all welcome.
